The Brief
eDigitalResearch is a leading UK provider of online research and insight, from website mystery shopping to Web2.0 communities. We were briefed to refresh the company’s branding which was felt to be dated and somewhat irrelevant. A compass was an important element of eDigitalResearch’s existing identity.

The Solution
Taking an evolutionary approach, we delivered an entire rebranding exercise from initial positioning and redesign of the corporate identity, to application of the new branding to all touchpoints including branding guidelines. A palette of contemporary colours was implemented and applied to the company’s respective solutions. The compass was retained in an iconic format to reflect a new strapline, ‘For informed direction’ and form a recognisable link to the previous identity.

The Result
eDigitalResearch’s new website, product brochures, newsletters, advertisements, exhibition graphics and stationery – all designed by ourselves – present a much more contemporary look and feel to reflect the company’s positioning as a technology leader and reinforce its brand values. The new branding has been favourably commented on by a number of its clients who include some of the UK’s leading retail, finance, travel and telecoms businesses.
